Yolo Live, developed by MTTL Tech, strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, sextortion involving minors, and any content or behavior that facilitates, promotes, solicits, or depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for our adult user community.
Age Restriction
Yolo Live is exclusively for users aged 18 and older. All users must confirm they meet this age requirement during account creation. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or use the app.
User Screening
Every registered user is subject to:
- Systematic review of profile information and activity patterns.
- Manual review by our Safety Team for accounts flagged as suspicious.
- Continuous monitoring of user reports and behavioral signals.
Reporting Mechanisms
Users can report concerns through multiple channels:
- In-app reporting available on every user profile and chat screen.
- Detailed report categories to help our team triage quickly.
- A dedicated child safety contact email for CSAE- and CSAM-related concerns.
Response Protocol
All reports are treated with urgency:
- CSAE- and CSAM-related reports are prioritized for prompt review by our Safety Team.
- Accounts reasonably suspected of serious child-safety violations may be restricted or suspended while the matter is reviewed.
- Confirmed violations may result in content removal, permanent account bans, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Legal Compliance
Yolo Live, developed by MTTL Tech, complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations and cooperates with law enforcement and relevant authorities where required. Confirmed CSAM and related evidence are preserved and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations when required by applicable law.
